Usually I just listen to sad songs and sulk in my unhappiness, which isn't a good choice.
If I wanted to cheer myself up then I'd probably eat some yummy sweet things, like ice cream!
Or get my mind off of the problem by distracting myself (playing a game, watching tv/a movie/etc).
There are two extreme alternatives to helping me cope with high stress: sleep or deprivation of sleep.
It's hard to get myself motivated and sometimes sleep isn't the answer because it prolongs my lazy.
If I've been up for 36+ hours I may lose my quick-wit, but I can maintain focus and beast.
