Yeah, I tried disabling Avast and made sure I have the right log in. No idea why it won't work at this point :/

I'm pretty sure Avast has given people issues in the past... Even disabling it has the app linger with restricting issues of other apps...

Any luck? Also, maybe try again? I think you also might have triggered our security system within the auth so you aren't attempting to break into any account.

Nope, no luck it seems, even without Avast the program won't load correctly after authorizing. :/

If I'm indeed triggering the security, is there anything I can do to prevent that? I guess I don't really know what I'm doing wrong

The security I meant was putting in the wrong password. If you do it incorrectly 4-5 times you get locked out for an hour or so.

I'm wondering if Avast is lingering in the background with the blocking rules in place.

I deinstalled it but maybe that didn't work well? I could also try running the program on my other PC (a laptop) and see if the problem persists.

Also I think the password was fine? I checked a few times but yeah.

I have the exact same issue as Stardew. I can authorize my ck account, but when I do Enter Program, it just drops out of task manager completely. I thought it might be Malware Bytes but I disabled it, so just not sure what else it might be.

I'm now having the same issue... Wondering if a Windows update might be the cause to making it disappear. It is a pretty old program... I can't even use the project files to re-compile an updated version on my computer. I'll see if I can get it done on another computer.

The program was made in Visual Basic 6, a Microsoft product from the early 90's. This stuff was considered legacy in 2008, over a decade ago from now... So I'm afraid some old libraries will be flagged by Microsoft antivirus apps and others. Maybe try adding the bot as an exception? I did this with Windows Defender but no luck. Maybe a restart will help...
