Oh gift option isn't available to forem countries, from what I've heard it's only for American Accounts.
Help please, the most of sells require to send as a " gift " option, but in my paypal this absolutaly doesnt exist !

Just send a little more than the seller is requesting and it should take care of the fees.

People can CB anything.
And if they are worried about that, find someone American that trusts you, send them the money, then have them send the money via gift option to the seller. Tip the person that is using gift option to make it worth their while.

That may be true, but if someone is planning on CBing someone, they'll find a way to do it.
I'm a New Zealand PP user and I don't have a gift option either, but in the 'Personal Payments' tab you should see an option marked 'other'. It's the same thing, really. x3
