Drink is easy. Water. I legit drink like half a gallon of water a day. If water is automatic, though, then I'd say tea.
Because I love me some tea.

Food is harder. I'd have to say salad. As much fun as pizza would be, I'd start feeling so nasty after eating it day after day after day after day after day (see where I'm going with this?)
Plus, I goddamn love ranch dressing.

And with this post, I think I'm officially an adult.
