Nope if you ask me not even worth negging with how much it cost and Sneggs are the best for HP. Cheaper to potion str and defence or just train level to 250 then train at the fight training school with red stones

Neggs don't restock like they used too plus no KQ for icy neggs and those ones.

Yeah you could do that but it's honestly way cheaper/easier to just level to level 250 using a one of the auto trainers here.
