im also using proxpn and i find it goes very fast but i agree with you on the part about their not being enough locations!
i use proxpn right now but its starting to give me trouble since there arent enough options for locations.

yeah, the servers that they have are quite fast, but only like 8 or so locations doesnt cut it

HMA VPN, I've been chained before for doing stupid things like transferring some items directly. Only thing I don't like is that it gives you a static IP for every connection.

yeah every time you connect, you get a new ip.
I'm using VPNReactor. 7.99 a month and it does what I need it to do.

im not sure what a dynamic ip is to be honest xD
and you can use a free version but it only lets you go from one location and shows an ad everytime you start it
or you can pay a certain amount a month (i forgot exact amount) and you get to choose from a few different locations and its pretty quick
