I demoted Ben not too long ago for being a retarded ballerina. Too much user complaints (yes, from day ONE this forum was launched) and messages on how the staff needs to be reconfigured on how things work. Ben has not only been the root of this problem but has exceedingly made things worse over time. Started when he abused his mod powers. As you can see, it's gotten to the point where he was trashing the place and still having his mod powers. Here's something he posted earlier:

Two things, one is that an admin cannot abuse his/her powers. Not when we made them. You, on the other hand, were given powers and yes, they were abused. Two, you're just calling yourself out with that last sentence.

There's more things you posted within the last 2-3 hours that I'd like to quote but I really don't have time (well, more like wanting) to give towards your existence.

I'd like to say thanks for the help you gave with the forum. Sure, you provided the initial mods added to the forum but all was to be done over time. Please do not think of yourself as the reason as to why clraik is a success. Look at all of your previous forums. Two or three? They all failed. Actually, I tried supporting you when you made them back in the day but you seriously did not know how to manage squat. So no, you aren't the reason for my forums status. I am.

No body denies that Ben has contributed to the forum in many ways. But what is done is done and can't be reversed. Many things were said today that shouldnt have.

The disagreement should have stayed in the staff section and not flowed out into the forum. The forum does not know the proper reasoning behind Bens demotion and this board only slightly delves into it. Like Joe said, things could be quoted about the things that were said against this forum and its users but will not, they too should stay in the staff forum.

I'd like to thank cara, ben and maxx for all the contributions they have given to the forum.

not sure what HYFR means, but I had read the entire thread. I'm sorry for all the problems that have been going on lately. I don't know if I didn't do anything, but as a member of this forum I feel its partially my fault. We go together as a team, we also fall together as a team. I hope all the problems can be worked out with little to no fighting ^0^ This is definitely the best forum around nowadays and I hope it stays that way!
