Do you need the birthday and original email to account to open it back up?

My account was frozen for protection, and it says i can open it back up
HOWEVER, i can't remember the birthday to the account or the original email it was signed up with.
i have ALL the other info, past emails, past passwords, pets, convos, and screenies of me in the account.
could i still get the account back?

You do not have to have the email or birthday...
Past info and other info does help...
Any personal screenies and conversations do help a lot
    All the best!

if you wern't on the account for a while, it does ask for your birthday. Happened to me, found an old account and couldn't remember what birthday i entered for it. Try contacting TNT they may be able to help you since you have all the other stuff.
