Happy Chinese New Year
fixed your image (:
It's Chinese New year 2012!
The year of the Dragon for anyone who is wondering.
Edit: anyway to make the picture bigger? >.>
Edit 2: Adding information about Lunar New Year
Yup, For those of you who are wondering about Lunar New Year. It's different each year because the Lunar Calender isn't a rigid cycle like the Sun based one which we follow, 365 1/4 day a year.
As a result, most tradition Asian people also celebrate their Lunar Birthday!
That means that I get to celebrate my birthday twice a year.
One year when I went to China, it was on my birthday on the plane and we went through the time zone, I got to celebrate my real birthday twice and my lunar one once!
3x the celebration ftw!
Edit 3:Also, For Lunar New Year, I'm not sure how it is for other Asian people but Chinese people do not wash their hair on Lunar New Year, they believe you are washing your luck away.

Love Chinese New Year, People give me money for good luck, as long as you're not married, you can get one.
:3
Ranges from $5-$100. Average I get about $200+ just for doing nothing but visiting relatives. Reeling in that $moolah$.
@[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] How did you do that with my image? O_O It always frustrates me.

Someone made that on TV once. I don't think I'd want to eat it. But then again, I'm not a fan of fish lol
When they cut the Shark's fin, they can't swim anymore and they starve to death on the Ocean Floor.
Also, Shark actually smells reallly good when you cook it.
Scraping off the little barbs on their skin smells nasty though.
I had shark before!
I love getting those envelopes lol
My grandpa is half chinese
