Is there a minimum on what you can buy or sell NP's at?

If there is a mod out there just wanted to know if there is a minimum to what NP's can be sold for?

I've heard that it is a minimum of $2 per a mil but im not sure. Can't find any rules so im not sure.

it is $2 per mil, but that only applies on this forum (and a lot of places but...), it's unofficial, but it's good to follow the rules so you don't inflate the prices for everyone.
