No, its public. The principle decided that we get to dress down for free for at least just tomorrow cause we did a good job behaving while like 7 tornadoes were in my state.
Lol, I'm understanding that much. But when you say "for free", it is implying you normally have to pay money to dress down. I was asking if that was the case at times. If you could pay money and dress down.

my junior high (wow that was forever ago) had a uniform, but so many kids got their parents to write notes saying they didn't have to wear them that they ended up removing it all together.
