There is no way this could have been an accident. It looks like someone hacked neopets and added it to that feeding thing. I believe this because the Amanda Berry story was before the Altador cup. The events on the list weren't exactly in chronological order. IT makes me think the hacker for whatever reason find these particular things (not sure how they got them) interesting and chose to specifically display these things.

That's my theory anyway.

I find a few things super hilarious and disturbing.

1.) Obviously we ALLLL know that neopets has been compromised before. Neopets has denied this up and down with fervor for years though. There is acknowledgement from staff that it at least happen in 2011. I find that very interesting.

2.) I find it somewhat upsetting but also very funny that they are acknowledging people are cheating in the Altador Cup but not freezing them unless they blatantly admit to cheating. (I haven't used the cheating program btw but I'm damn tempted to now since I know nothing will come of it. I feel like it should be handed out to ever neopets player like candy)

3.) Free advertising for clraik ... I find that like enormously amusing! Love that part! More business for us sellers.

4.) Obviously, pedophiles is a real issue. Things like Alice day I find really concerning. I mean it makes sense that Neopets would be a place for people like that but I had never really believed it was. Now that I realize it's an issue I feel kinda scared for kids who play.

Hah, it's funny because they missed the part where "stealth" is a legitimate (mostly) ASG, while people refer to codex as cheating. In before tons of wrongful freezes.
