Anyone interested in starting a neopoint selling website?

I've had this idea for awhile and never really knew how to start it. I've been talking with a few of my successful site owner friends and they've been encouraging me to start one up. I'm looking for some partners in this new site.Of course once the site gets going you'd get a % of the profit and what not.Post or PM if you're interested, and if you ever had any experience. What I'm looking for:

-Suppliers (5-6 people)
-Delivers (3-4 people)
-Graphic Designers (1-2 people)
-Advertisers
