Depends on your connection, but I use 2-4/3-5.

EDIT: The above is with a very fast proxy, and it's on the safe side for prolonged use. I'd use 1-2/2-3 with a slow proxy, or for short bursts.

What about shops that are slow to restock? And when using single account to AB?

What if you use the same delays for every shop?

My times were for magic/stamp, but for something like BM/DM, you can add a second onto every time and still buy things efficiently.

For magic on your old ABer I have always used 4-6 stocked and 5-8 unstocked and it seemed to work well for me.

If using only one account, refresh every 7-13 seconds when unstocked and 5-9 when stocked.

When i AB with one account, i use 5 - 8, 7 - 10. But i play it really safe
