1-59% = F
60-66% = D
67-69% = D+
70-76% = C
77-79% = C+
80-86% = B
87-89% = B+
90-100% = A

Where I live, our grading system goes like:

A (Exceeds Standards): 93-100%
B (Meets Standards): 86-92%
C (Marginally Meets Standards): 79-85%
D (Below Standards): 70-78%
F (Unsatisfactory): Below 70%
