I set the program to start at 4am, according my computer time. It randomly started and went through everything. am I doing something wrong or..?

PS: I also hit run program, am I supposed to leave it and it will start automatically at the time it is set at?

Might be thinking you are referring to 4AM today, not tomorrow.

Also if I set it up for multiple accounts can they all run at the same time, like... I set Iop to do Wheel of excitement at 4am, and set Oop to do it at 4 am also. Will they interfere with each other?

This uses your computer time, so yeah once the time is present for the task you set then it'll run.

And if you have multiple accounts, they will not interfere with each other. Running two tasks on the same account at the same time, however, will not work well. You shouldn't be running two+ tasks on one account anyway for safety reasons.
