and also drink 3~ liters a day of water
so i don't think i will die or get fat, but its just such a bad habit haha
I'm basically the opposite of a snacker at the moment. For this past holiday I've been going most of the day hungry, before eating a seriously huge meal in the evening (usually after a workout).
This is probably even more unhealthy, I know. I really need to sort it out.

I've decided to make an effort to stop snacking all the time...
Eat flour.
I am constantly snacking. Chips, carrots, celery, I make a lot of salads....tons of stuff. With school though I do not have time to eat a good meal so I may have a granola bar all day and that is it, then when I get home I often make a big supper because I am just so hungry. Then I keep eating during the night when I study lol. It is never ending.
