Went to watch Scream a few days back - loved it but I just love the franchise itself so i'm a little biased
I saw it when it was new, it is amazing! I really liked the humor and the originality of the story. Also the actors are great!
Last thing I saw was the first Top Gun. I'm currently trying to watch all the Oscars 2022 movies. I wanted to see the sequel and I had never seen the original. (I'm late, I know xD). I'm glad I took the time to see it, good action, good soundtrack! I'm really looking forward to see the sequel soon.
I went and saw The Little Mermaid in theaters and it was amazing! I cried a few times too. I am such a sap!

The last movie I saw (in theatres) was Beau is Afraid
So that was super fun. A very weird, and slightly confusing film, but I understand exactly what Ari Aster was trying to convey with it.

Let me just preface this by saying that movie is not for everyone and unless you are a fan of Ari Aster, you may not like it.
The film explores severe “mommy issues”, crippling anxiety, paranoia, and agoraphobia.
I saw Furious X in the cinemas recently...
I mean... I dont think its any surprise but its more of a boom boom unrealistic physic and logic defying movie rather than anything that you'd come away feeling like youve learnt anything

Avatar 2 while tipsy, great experience. I cried, I laughed, I wow-ed at the visuals. What more can you ask for? A proper fleshed out storyline and dialogue that isn't cliché? Who needs that when you realise how truly fucked our planet is
Not in theaters but saw the mario movie recently. LOVED IT.

Sounds like the movie has a lot of psychological elements to it. As someone who studies psychology, it sounds awesome! But I definitely get the warning for sure!
