Oh my god I've seen this! It certainly is strange! Sorta reminded me of those really bad Sharknado movies x'D

I saw a TikTok talking about this banned anime film or something of the sort and the person saying they were traumatized by it and etc. I think I might be too cold-hearted because I didn't feel that much disturbed, I've seen worse unfortunately, overall I just thought it was a really sad story. Still wouldn't recommend watching it though.

pre-Covid, my local theater ran weekly movie series called Terror Tuesday and Weird Wednesday where they show deep cut, B-side bizarro flicks, usually grindhouse shlock. It was my single favorite thing about my city, I'd been attending them regularly since I moved here fifteen years ago. It sucks that Covid ended that. Lately my boyfriend and I are trying to keep Terror Tuesday running at home.

Last weeks screening: The Video Dead (1987). It was actually pretty great, hysterically bad acting, borderline nonsensical plot, surprisingly good practical effects, lots of nods to other canonical horror movies. The line gets so blurry between "homage" and "outright ripoff" that we were cracking up the entire time. Would recommend, but not if you don't have a stomach for some really creative low budget gore.

Re-watched Rebellion again yesterday. I see the witches and symbolisms in a different light each and every time I watch this dang masterpiece

Watched a movie called Sleepers. Thought it would be average the 70's italian Brooklyn mafia flick with Robert De Niro but boy was I wrong. I recommend it, it's quite different from movies like Casino or Goodfellas, which I think makes it unique for it's time. Watch it at your own discretion since heavy subjects are shown.

Not the Lost Boys, though it is a story about 4 boys. Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman and Kevin Bacon are in it. It's on Netflix on my country.

Sorry, my mistake about keifer, but yes, I saw that one! I thought it was very good. nowI wanna watch Lost Boys again now that I am thinking of Keifer, lol
