How was your day?

Today has been very hot and I spent the day cooking lol But so far very good, I feel better today and me and my husband are watching TV (AC on of course!).

Hopefully this week will be calm at work.

Never posted in this thread before but what a nice idea.. Who doesn't want to write a little sentence about how they're going that will go into the ether - read, not read - it doesn't matter, it feels good.

My day is a little slow today, Im quite drowsy from 5 hours of driving yesterday. Staying indoors to do a bit of work and check out CK of course, might head out later for some groceries

I...can not believe how fun today was for me!
With all the hell and stress going on, today was 1000% needed

My family and I went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy (Which I think was SO good! I cried more than a few times lol) and then we went to this Pizza place right next to me and is sadly closing down soon );
But I truly needed this day and it was just so wonderful

Ever since I started working again at the beginning of this year, I've pretty much been working full time and never requested additional days off from my normal 2 scheduled days for the week until today.
I'll be off for the next few days and honestly I'm really happy that I'm taking some time off to rest up, 'reset' my mental, etc.
With that being said, my day so far has been very chill. Spent a good amount of time on the forum chatting it up with different people, remembering to stretch every so often, etc.
Hoping that I can continue this for the next couple of days before returning back to the work grind!

I had rather a weird day.
I am doing a basis career choices and portfolio and cv building course with my main course.
Firstly I cant help checking for exam results the whole time and the relieve has not come - no results as jet.

So today we basically discussed what to put in your cv and making an online cv on wix or google pages.
I promptly decided to rather create my own domain and work from there. So made more work for myself but I think it will be more rewarding for me I the long run.

So yea now I have to work on my other assignment that is due on Friday... a 10 minute presentation on use of ICT in disaster management and tonight I have online class

but wow its feels cool to see the score sendor running with the words All star on every other line

Today, my day is amazing and my heart is full.
I have three cats, my old girl (shes ten) and two youngsters (both just shy of a year). Naturally the younger two have bonded and spend tons of time together grooming and playing, but my older girl sticks by my side and tends to avoid the commotion. Well, this morning she went out of her way to approach and love on one of the youngsters and honestly it made my heart want to explode. They don't fight or not get along, she just doesn't go out of her way to be affectionate with them until lately. I feel like a proud mama and could cry, haha!

So yesterday was a busy day at work. I kinda went off on a nosy coworkers who keeps going through my work just to be nosy. So that was fun. I also found out that Hulu has digimon, so I’ve been binging that, so it’s been fun lol. I also found out that the therapist I’ve been trying to get into, has 8 clients ahead of me. I hate the waiting game with this, but I am seeing one of her recommendations. Just biding time until I can see her.

I've only been up for less than 2 hours but I managed to make breakfast for me and my folk + finally had my hot tea and I feel great. Its supposed to rain today and it's cloud + cool (70s) here and I've been outside barefoot all morning!

Evanescence is going to give a concert in my country after many years and I'm going crazy. I count the hours to be able to buy a ticket in the pre-sale tomorrow.

aside from my back bugging me, work has been great and i go back to school the 15th! so today was a pretty good day.
