My day was very busy. And I am exhausted. I have to work on Sunday and then have another long week ahead of me. 😫😓

It probably would have been fine if waking up to the news today didn't immediately piss me off beyond belief.

...Tomorrow should be better. Going to drown myself in the Pokémon Go community day and maybe get something nice to eat.

My days have been very stressful lately. Been experiencing severe neck and back pain which has prevented me from getting a full nights sleep. I haven't slept more than 3 hours consecutively in 2 days because of the pain so I've been on edge and grumpy. I plan to see a chiropractor later today so I'm hoping it will relieve the tension even a little!

Making the decision to see a chiropractor last year was the best decision of my life. After starting to work-from-home because of covid, i have had severe backpains that disrupted my sleep and daily routine. when the pain really got the better of me, i finally decided to head in for a consultation with a chiropractor, followed by a chiropractic xray scan. it was only after >30years of my life that i realised i have a moderate scoliosis. although i vaguely recalled having a mild scoliosis when i was about 7 but that didnt affect me at all that much. after the consultation, i was advised to go for adjustments at the chiropractor thrice a week for 3-4months. miraculously, the backpains did start to go away slowly. but of course, good sitting/walking postures is reallllly important as well. so im really glad you are doing yourself a favour and get yourself fixed!

disclaimer: visiting a chiropractor thrice a week seems overly-excessive and some may say the practice is just trying to scam your money. but hey, it helped resolve my backpains and all's good! im willing to get scammed as long as my back doesnt hurt!

Today has been a lazy day still but it's very early to be defined. Hopefully it will continue like that, a refreshing and relaxing morning perfect for doing laundry

These past few weeks were crazy at work, but since monday everything has chilled a little and I'm grateful. The weather has also been crazy, one week it's cold and raining, then the other feels like Hellfire with Frollo. It's like that Katy Perry song, you're hot then you're cold and because of that my allergies have been going through a rollercoaster.

So far, today's been chill too. At the office we call thursdays "viernes chiquito" which is literally tiny friday in spanish, because it's smol friday, not yet friday lol. Hope the rest of the day is calm

I was supposed to have today off to start off a five day weekend but a work crisis made me cancel it but it's actually alright, I don't mind. Everyone was expecting me to be out today so no one is bugging me and I'm feeling really cheerful today. I think my good mood is from my fiancé rubbing off on me, he's been super perky today and it's infectious. Plus I still have tomorrow and Monday off, a glorious bounty of free time :')

Today is my last day at my new job and I'm feeling so sad because I love it. But I'm happy to move into another position, idk it's bittersweet.

I have SO MUCH work to do and so even though I was hoping to duck out early with the long weekend, it's not going to happen.

I usually work in the afternoon but today I arrived at 7 am... I had to get up at 5 am and I was miserable.

It could have been worse, but I prefer to be on the positive side. It was a quiet day.

My day as been uneventful, sat at home watching youtube and eating ramen lol. I had plans to actually be productive but I tend to procrastinate a lot and never get the things I plan to do done.
