Thank you! I turned 34 today so it isnt really a special birthday. I just treated it like any other day, I was off work and just played video games and enjoyed some adult consumables.

you're welcome. hey, it's still your day. you make it as special as you want or need! sounds pretty nice though to say the least. day off work, games, edibles, yum. that's a celebration and a half right there lol.

My day's going pretty good! October always starts a drawing challenge for me and I'm feeling all fired up right now and motivated for once in my life whoo! Saw a bunch of friends today too which was fun, and my dog got to do a puppy play date too c:
I did somehow hurt my ankle earlier this week and it's just... not getting better augh. Is this what getting old is like? I feel like a few years ago I'd already be moving around just fine on it and instead I can barely roll it around at all ;-;

Well, after spending nearly 11 hours studying for an exam, I took the exam and ended up with a 48/60. Oof. My neck and hand is sore from writing and being hunched over all day.

I had a very... idk frazzly not capable of any executive function day ;-; It was a struggle to do errands, some of which I apparently couldn't even finish (turns out you can't return Banana Republic Factory clothes to any regular BR and it has to be through the mail or something), and once I got home I basically did nothing but veg about augh. Here's hoping this work week ends up ok ;-;

I have absolutely screwed my sleep schedule, but on the plus side I've managed to clean the house, bake cookies and toss together stuff in the slow cooker to make stew for later. So I'm doing pretty well for myself I think.

Now if I could only work up the will to finish the projects I've been tasked with for my job I'd be set.

Finally called home to a few student’s guardians last week and they acted much more normal today, so it’s a good day

I’ve had a lot of student behavior the first few weeks and it’s finally calming down a bit.

I've managed to (mostly) fix my sleep schedule, and have caught up on my work for now, so I'm feeling pretty good! I'm allowing myself a bit of time to mess around online and play some video games and it feels really nice.

I envy you fixing your sleep schedule @(you need an account to see links). I’ve managed to fuck mine up yet again. Idk what it is I just cannot fall asleep and when I finally manage to sleep, I can’t get more than 5 hours. My days have been a struggle and I’m very thankful for caffeine!
