I don't quite understand why there would have to be reqs for this section? There's already reqs for just about every useful thing - we don't want to make EVERYTHING super exclusive or it would discourage new people from joining. If someone who is a lower rank wants to purchase something high-end, they should be allowed to...I mean if you don't trust them, that's why we have middlemen.
I could see this idea being useful for ease of search when looking specifically for higher end items, but I would leave it at that. That's just my opinion.

Part of the issue is that newer members are more prone to scam than established members. Many members selling higher end items will not sell to new members regardless. This merely allows them to advertise on a private forum, without the annoyance of non-serious traders or newbies who they wouldn't sell to. If it truly is something your interested in joining, make more trades on ck.

I also like the idea because it allows for members to potentially advertise some things they do not want the average inquisitive user to know of. This creates a TNT safe environment to sell exploits and services that might otherwise be easier flagged.

Sounds stupid, you plan to have a limit on 50 unique trades, you're aware it'll be mostly sellers/resellers and no buyers.
Just make the people send WU, or get a playerauctions account.
Both ways prevent chargebacks.

To be honest, some of the largest sales I have had were to people who had no (or very few) trades, and/or no other mentionable stats on the site.
Many people who buy like that just come to do just that. They don't want to have to post and talk and work up, they want what they want and work with the seller most times.

It would be an interesting concept, but I think it would have only been effective a year or two ago. Not really enough activity anymore unfortunately.
Best we can do is bump, although I have pretty much given up on that too lol
