So I got this idea...
Can we use the "Thanks" we have as currency?

Lets say:
50 Thanks for 1 Rep point.
100 Thanks for more PM space.
250 Thanks for a New Style
(just some examples)

That could be a good idea to get achievements and that way we'd work harder to get more Thanks .

Other suggestions are great to improve this idea
