Nope, you have to wait a few minutes/hours; I'm not really sure. xD It took me a few minutes though

@(you need an account to see links) you have to have 50 post and then either be a member for 6 days or get 25 reputation points
Remember though, that those 50 posts can't be spammy posts (you might actually get a warning or ban, if you try to spam too much to get your rank up) and you can't ask for rep!
