Where do I extract the file?
Read the guide posted in that thread. If you're a 64-bit windows user, install it to your syswow64 folder. The exe's are installer, so it doesn't matter where you extract them. Run through the installers and when prompted, install to either syswow64 or system32 depending on your OS.
Followed the step and doesn't work. It's in the SysWOW64 now
