SUPER late response, I hope this isn't gravedigging, but this is happening to me as well. Was working perfectly for me last night, then today I'm getting that error. When I put in my username and password says it logged in (after visiting the neo and login page) but the "nps on hand" goes from 0 to nothing, so I don't know if it's actually logging in and maybe that's why?

Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, go through the two stickied help topics for getting programs to run (vb runtime files, etc.) and it should work for you. Make sure you're running as admin too.

I've been running as admin, tried restarting and it didn't help :/ I'll go through the files again but I'm pretty sure I installed everything correctly. I can get other programs to run ok, and I had this running yesterday, it's just today it started happening... maybe it's just something on my end that changed, not sure what though :x

Does NP on hand show when you login? If not, restart computer and try again.

Doesn't show but I have restarted 4 times and still no luck. @(you need an account to see links).

The same thing is happening with me. No NP on hand is shown and also when I start the program it stops stating it is unable to play. @(you need an account to see links)
