Way to change name?

I really wanna change lopolativo, it's so ugly and I took it off nuggler when I was 13, would I be allowed to make a new account under my real name and a mod ban this account, or could the name of this one get changed? o.O

I think the name can be changed with a donation or something not sure though if that doesnt work you can always create a new account thats fine, but dont use both togheter
