A lot of people I have in my life say they would have a hard time and they aren't autistic and that I am doing a good job. I think its true at this point

I had pre molar extractions without sedation because emergency. But I have had other wisdoms removed and like yours they were all twisted and the actual tooth was side ways like the ones they have to remove still are and they're literally like this on the xrays

Trust me I feel you on that one they had to cut mine too, to the point where I needed stitches afterward. Tooth work is just horrible all around (I was sedated for that, it was years ago not this round of teeth issues thankfully. the place I managed to get in this time doesn't do surgeries or have gas so all extractions I was just really numbed up and they took em out. And considering I'm autistic it's kind of amazing I could put up with that. I even shocked myself by handling it pretty well)

The dentist keeps rescheduling on me due to staffing issues ;-; it's a miracle I even got in at all. I have no idea when it ends. A few more + the rest of my wisdom teeth have to come out but I have to go somewhere else for that cus the place I go doesnt do sedation and i refuse to do wisdoms without it.
it does feel like a never ending torture though this really actually sucks for real

Tired mostly, its more mental than physical rn. Like losing so much teeth only to lose 3 more later on. so many fillings that took ages cus how far gone they were It messes with your head :/
