This is the Stamp Tracker.

It allows you to track:

• How much you spent for each stamp
• How much you've spent for stamps in total
• How many stamps you currently have
• How many more you need to complete all stamps
• How many stamps you have in each album
• If the stamp album has an avatar or not
• How many unbuyable stamps there are in each album
