No problem! I only know because I accidentally bought ripe jackfruit when trying to make pulled jackfruit tacos and had to find something else to use it for since it was the wrong kind. I did some research and found to my surprise that unripe and ripe were used in very different ways
Thanks for the tip about jackfruit - I had no idea haha! I've only ever had jackfruit as a substitute for pulled pork.
