[iTunes] Won't transfer music videos

I get the music videos from an mp4 converter ([Only registered and activated users can see links]), therefore illegit.
Some have worked, but the ones that don't seem to work are the ones from VEVO on youtube.

This is most likely due to copyright, so I was wondering if there is any way to fix this?

What format are they in? ITunes is very particular about what formats it uses.
