i use to have an account on diablo 2. was about 6 years ago. do you know how long it takes to purge the accounts?

I don't think they do purge accounts.

I think it's gone. I had to create my account again this past October after not playing it for years. Doesn't matter though if you're going to be playing ladder, it was just reset about 11 days ago.

They purge the accounts about once a year
After 90 day of not playing your char will expire (just means the name can be remade on that realm but if no ones taken it you can use your expired char)
