Hash lists

Hi, can someone explain me how i use Hash-lists? :)

you take the hash, input it into a hash cracker thingy, if you're lucky out pops a username/password/email or soemthing, then ya test to see if they work

You are given a has, which is usually from a forum that will contain the users Forum username, forum email and forum password in a md5 Encryption.

you take the Password "hash" (the md5 password format) and input it into a cracker such as [Only registered and activated users can see links] .
Then, if it spits out a decrypted password, you try to login to the email address with the password, or see if the users forum name matches a neopets username and try to login that way!

You can buy hash lists from people who are selling them like Demo or Possible.
