unregistered email :/

i got my first unregistered email. but i guess its not working:/
i got it from a website by demo :o.
i made the hotmail acc.
i sent a request but it says unable to find that account.
does anyone know why?
this is my first unregistered acc so please be kind

Big mistake a lot of people..... When you go to "Forgot Password". It brings you to Login screen. Make sure you go to "Forgot Username" to send. Ill mail you another method if sending from Neopets does not work.

Well, yesterday it gave me that error for all the emails I checked, even though I knew they were correct. That's fixed now though.
But make sure you do as Bettser said, maybe that's the problem for you.

i did. i clicked forgot password. then i exited it. then i clicked forgot username. i put the email, and it said this account cannot located or whatever.

You could try doing it through websitethatmustnotbenamed.
If that doesn't work either, I could fill it in for you, if you want.
