I'm not sure how many people are interested/looking to use their new visitor permission for your Ryu but if your seeking to have your ryu have a little pal then feel free to ask here in the thread! From my knowledge I was told both users have to set their ryu visitors together. For example Totodile + Godzilla & Godzilla + Totodile
I'm looking to have a buddy for my Ryu and if anyone is interested just let me know!
