Need my paper done in APA format

I have a 5 page paper due. Never had to use APA format and I'm a lil confused with why there's different headers and whatnot. If you can help I'll send it to uand you can adjust it how it needs to be done, also needs my references fixed. This is due on wednesday so any help is appreciated, I need a speech with it if anyone wants to help me with that as well, thanks! This is for Human Resource Management.
