Need help writing an English assignment.

I could really need some help with this. :l I'm short of time because I chose to take a couple of extra classes and therefore have more to do than my fellow classmates. Not to mention I have my part-time job.

Subject: Vikings
Assignment must contain:
- Front page
- Table of contents
- Opening
- The subject itself
- Completion
- Sources of information (wikipedia is not a reliable source)
Deadline: Sunday (22/4)
Have to be at least 2500 words +- 250 words (meaning no less than 2250 words or more than 2750 words)

Trust me I know no more than you. All that's written on my paper is "Subject: Vikings", no specifics given. I assume it's supposed to describe how they came to be, how they lived and the end of their time. Maybe also the difference between Norweigan, Danish and Swedish vikings... etc.
My country has a weird grading system so as long as you're literate and follow the instructions it'll be a piece of cake. :3
