[VB2010] Problem With SMTP Verification

I've been using all of the handy e-mail verification tools found at [Only registered and activated users can see links]

For the most part it's been working for me by detecting non-valid e-mails, but there are a lot of false-negatives. I'll send a list of e-mails and about 20% will actually exist when I'm only looking for ones that Don't exist.
