So just got out, went in for a SLAP tear repair in shoulder.
Anyone ever had this done?
I am curious as to what my physical therapy will be like.
Was told i will be in sling for 2-3 months and wont start feeling my arm or fingers for 2-3 weeks.

some kid on the wrestling team tore something in his shoulder, and yup, you got it about right, 8-10 weeks before he can start doing heavier things, until then, just the rubber bands
