Scripts on Mobile

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows if extensions and scripts can work on either an android or ios phone?
Was wanting to use basic scripts on some burner phones I had

I'm not sure how locked down Android is, but Apple really hates custom code running pretty much anywhere so unfortunately I'm not sure if it's possible :( ...I could definitely look into it though
