It's a good thing that we didn't commit to posting these updates monthly! It's been a while, but certainly not owing to a lack of content! Here's what has been going on.


We're gearing up for another live stream in the near future, and we've packed it with topics that we think you'll love hearing about! Please stay tuned for updates. If you'd like to suggest a topic, then don't hesitate to reach out via post or private message to any members of our staff!

We're big music fans around here, so it goes without saying that we needed a userbar to show off our favorite songs!

When you're finished, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to commit your userbar, and you're good to go! Your userbar will be playable from your profile, or from any posts you make around the forum!

Continued revisions to the Neopets site have occasionally interrupted program and script usability, but we're hard at work keeping things running stably for you! Please make sure to check your program or script's respective thread for updates. If there are no updates posted in response to recent Neopets changes, then we'd strongly suggest that you avoid using that bot until it is updated. Tampering with a program or script in order to work around issues is done so at your own risk.

If you're a program or script creator, then we'd like to take a moment to warn you that there are changes being made to Neopets which might impact your code's ability to interpret data on pages. Please make sure that your code is able to handle errors without getting stuck in loops that perform postbacks to the Neopets site. The Neopets team is watching out for bot-like behavior from players that are using malfunctioning programs and scripts, and excessive postbacks are a dead giveaway.

I love the updates this month Bat! :) The creativity continues to amaze me. The music userbar, especially! What a game changer.

To clarify, what does "send your scene's work file over" mean? Are we talking about the uncompressed, original 158 x 20 px file? :P

Yes, please! Whatever you created your scene in - we'd appreciate if you could send us the project file for it so that we can work with the assets and the overlays directly when adding them to our spritesheet. That way, we minimize any loss of quality or damage to the assets.

Amazing. That is all I can say. The ryu scene contest, the submissions, the winners, just amazing! The Pokemon evo contest, the submissions, the winners, just amazing! All the mods, and their creativity planning and hosting events, creating the interactive bars, giving us so many new things to play with, you all are amazing!
