What better way to show off that wit than taking part in the ck caption contest.

If this goes well, I would be looking to make this a simple monthly event.
Rough timeline each month:
-1st of the month: Caption posted/event started
-14th of the month: Cutoff for entries
-15th of the month: All entries discussed with a few judges and top 5-10 picked
-17th of the month: Top 5-10 entries posted in a voting thread
*Voting open until end of month*
-Last of the month: Winner named
-Repeat

Each month will have ONE winner,who will get to
show off this fancy userbar made by GreyFaerie

This is not an official userbar that can be added to your profile - but if it goes well, maybe staff would be open to making it happen. For now, this if a "for fun" thing to see how it goes and if everyone enjoys it! The userbar can be displayed in your signature for the winners right now!

For clarification - the submissions will be anonymous. All entries PMed will be posted in a voting thread, usernames not included, in order to make it fair and more fun. So feel free to submit something and try your luck with everyone loving your wit.

Side note - could probably use a handful of people to run through the initial entries and pick the top ones to present for voting :rolleyes:
