We don't know each other IRL, no. We're in different places in the world (i.e, spread across NA and Aus). Some of our connections are older than others, such as Flordi only joining the team more recently, first as a Coordinator, now as a mod, but we're just lucky in that the current team gels so well. No offense to past mods, but this configuration is the one I have most enjoyed since joining staff. :)

Every single note, log, message for myself is saved in notepad on my laptop. I only use word if it's something for work or something that needs to be fancy.
