Niantic has released a couple 1 coin Remote Raid Pass boxes throughout September. You can only hold "3" Remote Raid Passes at a time, so you will need to use at least one of them before attempting to purchase the next box.
Pro Tip: While the limit is 3 Remote Raid Passes, by using one pass and having 1-2 Remote Raid Passes left, the game will allow you to purchase the other 1 Coin box for a total of 5 Remote Raid Passes as a loophole.
UPDATE: September 15, 2020: In addition to the Remote Raid Pass bundle made available on September 1, 2020, we’re adding two additional limited-time bundles featuring three Remote Raid Passes you can pick up for 1 Pok�Coin and in the shop! One bundle has already been made available and will remain available until September 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). The second Remote Raid Pass bundle will be available from September 21, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT to September 29, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7).
