Programs stuck on "entering account password"

Hey everyone. I'm pretty new here and I am trying to get things figured out. I have downloaded 4 programs: Stealth Core, Stealth Buyer Pro, NQ2 AP, and the Altador Cup Score Sender. The AB and the NQ2 AP I have been able to log in and seem to be working (haven't tested fully as I'm trying to get these others figured out). However, with the other two, I can not seem to get logged in. On both programs I enter my Neopets login and they get stuck on "entering account password" and they don't go any further. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Moon! If you have 'Login birthday prompt' set on, it may be having trouble logging in. If you're also logging in from a new IP, it may trigger the birthday through the program!

What Reverie said, but also, if the stackpath pops up prior to login page it wasn't let the program detect and login, they are getting around it but idk if all programs were updated already

Hey there! Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't have the birthday prompt enabled and I am not using a different IP than usual.

Check the program log for anything weird.

Also, your password should be alphanumeric with no special characters (xxxxxxxxxx######)

My password is alphanumeric and the log only shows my username and a time. It still says entering account password and I can't schedule any tasks for the account.

You're not getting logged in then. Make sure you're using the right info, or try cookie login.

For sure it is the right info. Using the cookie login, the log shows my cookie file location and then says "Cookie Error - The data is invalid."

That error is when trying to login using Chrome. Only the Altador Cup SS will work with the Chrome cookie login, otherwise you need to use Firefox. I'm not sure what your issue is with the manual login... I've suggested what would normally be the solutions to the issue you're facing.

OK so I downloaded FireFox and logged into Neopets and tried the cookie login with it. On both SC and Altador Cup the cookie login returns "Cookies are not valid. Did not show a valid login session."

I use chrome and use multiple log in and just put one account(Mine) And works fine.
