Increase avatar file size limit?

The 19.5 KB limit is rather restricting, even with the help of programs such as PNGCRUSH to reduce the file size without losing quality. I think something around 30 KB would be more reasonable.

I see no problem with the actual avatar size too, but it would be nice to icrease it if some people need it!

yes definitely.
idk i've made a few signatures and avatars for people and trust me, even 10kb more is a HUGE difference. i think 9.8kb is pretty .. measly.
