semi-helpful guide for people who just got vb6

I didn't want to have any problem with this being spam so I put it here! This only applies for most people who have Windows Vista and Windows 7.

When get done installing vb6 run it as administrator once(I only had to do it once) and a lot(I mean a lot) of errors will go away.

And sometimes you'll still get an error, make a shortcut to vb6.exe, right-click and make it always run as admin.
