I have no idea if it works well now or not since I can't run it due to my laptop being old, hence asking here. But try installing the newest version if you haven't already and see if it opens? People have been able to play some games on it from the research I did do so it can't be impossible.

Thanks, the pain is that I have modified all of my Pokemon ROM hacks and converted them into .CIA files. The original .GBA or .GBC files do not all have the save bug fixed on them and I didn't want to go through that again and was hoping this would be an alternative to doing that.

I'll switch the mega link to a working .CIA file that you can extract to a hacked 2 or 3DS and leave there for anyone who may want it instead.
Tyrantruma it doesn't. But it's a foreign file anti-virus wouldn't recognize which is why you have the pop-up suggesting that.

Thanks to both of you. I removed the link since it's just not working. Uploaded a link to the .CIA file for a hacked system instead. I wish I could edit the title of the entire thread though.
