Don't you agree? If your in computer class for related arts the teacher doesn't even pay attention to what your doing, and if he cares if you talk and tells the class to be quiet, then you could just open up a notepad and talk to your friend or whoever on there and he wont even care.

At my school, you do not get to choose what classes you go to, the adults choose for you. -.-

Just wait until you go into university. It's hard trying to avoid distractions. Students are usually encouraged to bring laptops into class to take notes and there are wifi signals everywhere. :P

We are encouraged to bring laptops because most profs will say in the first lecture that the material goes by so fast you will not be able to write it down fast enough and hence a laptop because most people can type very quickly.
